A staffing service business is to do a matching between a company of job-offer and job applicant (seeker) as compared to a private version of public employment bureau. As regulated by the relative laws in Japan, an staffing service company may not receive any commission or service charge from job applicant basically but only from a company of job-offer. Instead, a company of job offer will pay such service charge to the staffing service company for a deal when the job seeker joins the company. Simply speaking, it is a contingency fee type of business paid only by a company of job-offer. |
Procedure of Staffing Service |
There are two types of staffing service, staff agency ( registration basis ) and executivesearch (Head hunting). Generally employment agency is to provide to a company with a job seeker among those registered to the agency. On the other hand, executive search is to provide a person who is registered or to be hunted among potential candidates upon request by a company of job-offer . Our approach is to do a executive search type arrangement mainly and staff agency type partiallyto complement another one. |
